I’ve been preparing competitors for the stage for over 20 years, working with athletes of different ages, body types, experience levels, and competitive goals.

Contest prep isn’t about handing someone a diet, adding cardio every week, and hoping they look good enough when show day arrives.

Every decision matters.

Conditioning. Fullness. Training. Nutrition. Cardio. Supplementation. Posing. Presentation. Peak week. And knowing when to make changes and when to leave things alone.

When I take on a competitor, you’re not just another number on a client list. I personally invest my time and experience into getting you as prepared as possible for the day you step onstage.

I have one standard: I don’t want my athletes stepping onstage unprepared.

That means being honest about where you are, making the necessary adjustments throughout prep, and doing everything within our control to bring your best possible physique when it matters.

I’ve spent more than two decades coaching competitors and years looking at physiques from a judge’s perspective. That experience allows me to see contest preparation from both sides; as a coach preparing the athlete and from the perspective of what judges are actually evaluating onstage.

We can’t control who shows up or how the judges place you.

What we can control is making sure you show up prepared to compete.
